Dynmap is a free plugin for your Minecraft server that ships with a HTTP server that hosts a Google Maps-like view of your Minecraft world that can be viewed from your browser. It also comes with many other features, including:
  • Configurable maps per world
  • Real-time updates
  • Players and their chat messages are visible on the map as balloons
